1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VerborAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VerborAI is an English grammar learning application that provides:

• AI-powered grammar exercises
• Real-time feedback on answers
• Personalized learning experience
• Progress tracking

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

VerborAI offers both free and paid plans:

• Free: 1 free generation session for all users
• Session Pack: $2 for 10 generation sessions (one-time payment)
• Premium Monthly: $5/month for unlimited generations (subscription)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the beta nature of this service, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Session packs (one-time purchases)
• Subscription fees (monthly recurring)
• Partial usage of sessions or subscription periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Advance notice of downtime or maintenance

As a beta service, downtime and service interruptions may occur without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VerborAI are owned by Szymon Przebierowski and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERBORAI AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or errors
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

10. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but will not be charged for subsequent periods. Session packs cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to all paid features without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
